99 SeaSide has a special unique feature with an added third bedroom by the water which has a private entrance. This feature can be used by members of your team or even serves as in-law quarters. The third bedroom overlooks the sunrise and has a great view of the private dock.
This home has all the comforts you will need to enjoy a relaxing vacation in the Keys. Whatever your choice of activities may be, this home will accommodate it. 99 SeaSide is a vacation rental home, licensed and inspected by the State, County and City of Marathon. The vacation home is operated by the Palmtree Property Management company based in Marathon and Fort Pierce Florida. It is available for guest rentals, weekly or Monthly.
